The story
Hyakkaou Private Academy appears to be a typical high school for the children of the wealthy and influential. However, beneath its respectable facade, the school operates as a high-stakes gambling arena where students wager fortunes and their social standing. The student council, led by its president, maintains a strict hierarchy based on gambling prowess and financial power.
The arrival of transfer student Yumeko Jabami disrupts this carefully constructed order. Yumeko is not driven by money or status, but by the pure thrill of gambling itself. Her reckless and unpredictable style challenges the established power dynamics, forcing the school's elite gamblers, including the student council members, to confront her in increasingly dangerous games. The stakes are immense: not just money, but reputation, freedom, and control over the academy.
