The story
The God of High School (2020) unfolds as a martial arts tournament for high school students across Korea. Mori Jin, a skilled Taekwondo practitioner, enters the competition, which offers the fulfillment of any wish to its victor. His initial motivation is to test his strength against the nation's best fighters, but he soon encounters other participants with their own reasons for competing, including those seeking power or justice.
As Mori progresses through the rounds, the tournament's true nature begins to reveal itself. What initially appears to be a simple contest of skill among teenagers quickly escalates into something far more significant, involving supernatural abilities and ancient powers. The stakes rise beyond a mere championship as Mori and his newfound allies find themselves entangled in a conflict that threatens the very balance of their world.
