The story

Following the Shinjuku Battle, Yuuichirou reunites with Mikaela, who has been transformed into a vampire. Driven by a desire to protect his remaining friends and "family," Yuuichirou dedicates himself to finding a cure for Mikaela’s vampirism, researching methods to restore vampires to human form. Simultaneously, he undergoes rigorous training to master his Cursed Gear, enhancing his combat abilities.

Meanwhile, military leader Kureto informs Guren of an impending large-scale vampire assault on Tokyo, scheduled to occur within a month. To preempt this attack, Kureto dispatches Guren and his forces to Nagoya with orders to eliminate high-ranking vampire nobles. The series thus centers on Yuuichirou’s personal quest for a cure and the broader military conflict as humanity prepares for a pivotal confrontation against the vampire forces.
