Batman: Gotham Knight is a 2008 American anime-influenced adult animated superhero anthology film based on the DC Comics superhero of the same name. Set within The Dark Knight trilogy, specifically between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, the film depicts Batman battling against the mob of Gotham City, as well as other villains such as recurring antagonist Scarecrow. Although the movie is an anthology, each segment is part of one overarching story, though they are also told through various animation studios from Japan and South Korea.
