The story
Miyo Sasaki, a high school student, navigates a challenging home life with her father and stepmother. Seeking an escape and a way to connect with her crush, Kento Hinode, Miyo discovers a magical ability to transform into a white cat. In her feline form, Kento affectionately calls her "Tarou," and Miyo finds she can spend time with him in a way she cannot as herself, observing his life and struggles from a unique perspective.
However, this dual existence presents Miyo with a dilemma. While she can be close to Kento as a cat, she realizes her human self is needed to truly help him with the problems she overhears. The story is driven by Miyo's internal conflict: whether to maintain her safe, secret relationship with Kento as "Tarou" or risk revealing her true identity to offer him genuine support, potentially jeopardizing their unique bond.
