Donny Alamsyah Benjamin is an Indonesian actor and martial artist. His acting career began in 2004 when he accompanied a friend to an audition for the film Gie (2005). Eventually, he was asked to join the production and was cast as the character Jaka.
Donny gained further recognition with his role as “Barry” in the film Fiksi (2008), which earned him a nomination for Best Actor at the Indonesian Film Festival.

While still in elementary school, he studied karate. In junior high school, he turned to kung fu. During his high school years, he learned Muay Thai, followed by Wing Chun, wrestling, boxing, and aikido.
